Everyone is aware of the morning rituals that can help you achieve your goals faster, but do you know you can utilize your bedtime as easily as the morning time to get success? Let’s read about these 6 simple rituals to follow and see the change in yourself the very next morning.
You have to tell your subconscious mind that you’re going to sleep. And for that, clean up your space and surroundings. Wash your feet with warm or hot water and wear comfortable clothes.
Since you wouldn’t want to learn new things before sleeping and put a mental pressure on yourself, it’s best to read good stories. If you don’t want to read fiction, read biographies of famous people.
Just for 5-10 minutes. Let your thoughts fly away with balloons.
RECITE YOUR AFFIRMATIONS
Read them out loud. Recite them with full energy and enthusiasm (with meaning, intent, and feeling). You can also record your affirmations and listen to them along with reading them aloud.
WRITE TASKS FOR THE NEXT DAY
Write only the meaningful work and realistic that can be done within a day. Make a commitment to yourself to complete these tasks by the next day. It can be as simple as doing a laundry or watering the plants. If you do that, you’ll get a huge boost of confidence.
SET A TIME TO WAKE UP
Set a fixed time every day and sleep accordingly (about 8 hours for best results). When you wake up, get out of the bed immediately, then pause the alarm.
